Our team of experienced engineers will produce a full set of Control Panel wiring schematics to fulfill the design criteria and enable the control panel to be assembled and wired.

All of our Control Panels are built in-house at our manufacturing works in Yateley, Hampshire.

Only high quality components are used to ensure a safe and reliable product.

Once the manufacturing team have received the schematics, the procurement of all required equipment to assemble the control panel outer shell and inner wiring backplate takes place.

The panel is then wired to the design drawing, with every cable being uniquely identified with a wire number, and all wires terminated with ferrules.

A full functional test is then carried out on the completed panel before delivery to site.

A new control system is only as good as the software that drives it.

A control strategy is generally produced from a written Controls Specification, or from the Controls Description of Operation.

The software is produced for approval in time to be downloaded to the controllers at time of Workshop Panel Testing. This ensures that the software can be tested in conjuction with the control panel before it is sent to site, thus saving time with on site commissioning.

The Electrical Installation Team will then connect all required cables between the control panel and the field devices. All work is carried out to the 16th edition of the IEE regulations and BS7671.

Once all services have been completed, the commissioning engineers arrive on site to carry out a full operational check of the control system. This is usually carried out in conjuction with all other specialist engineers (Boiler Engineer, Chiller Engineer etc.).

Initially, all power items are started and checked for correct operation.

We offer a comprehensive maintenance service to ensure your control systems are operating correctly and efficiently.

We will test all control items from the control panel itself, to all of the control devices in the field for crrect operation.

Where intelligent controllers are installed, we will "tune up" the control loops using historical plant data from the controller to optimise the control of the plant, thus ensuring efficient operation, and reduced running costs.
